Bio: Molla is a PhD student and working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. He has research interest in Data-Driven Design, Computer-Aided Design System and Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Computer-Aided Design, Complex network system. Before commencing his graduate studies at the UA, he worked for a design farm for 2 years.
Research Interests: Data-Driven Design; Human Behaviors in Engineering Systems; Sequential Decision-making in Design.

Bio: Laxmi is a PhD student and working as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. He has particular interest in robotics and complex systems design. Prior to joining the UA, Laxmi worked as Production-Support Engineer in manufacturing industry for two years.
Research Interests: Complex Systems Design; Robotics; 3D printing; Product Design and Development.
